We use K4, a modern, environmentally responsible dry-cleaning system.

About Stain Removal — Our Honest Policy
We take stain removal seriously and always do our best.
If a stain can be removed safely, we will remove it. However, no dry cleaner can honestly guarantee stain removal without risking damage to the fabric. Aggressive scrubbing or harsh treatments may remove a stain — but they can also weaken fibers, fade color, or permanently damage the garment.
If a stain does not come out:
- We’ll tell you honestly what we tried
- If you’d like us to try again, just let us know
- We’re happy to re-treat the garment at no additional charge
Our priority is always to protect the garment first, not to force a result at the expense of fabric integrity.

48-hour turnaround is possible only if items are dropped off before 9:30 AM

Pricing & Service Terms
All prices listed online or provided verbally are base prices only and serve as preliminary, non-binding estimates. Final pricing is determined after inspection of the garment and may vary based on fabric, construction, fill type, condition, and handling requirements. Final prices may differ from initial estimates and may, in some cases, be significantly higher.
By submitting or leaving items for service, customers acknowledge and agree to this inspection-based pricing model.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent fabric weaknesses, manufacturer defects, missing or inaccurate care labels, or normal risks associated with cleaning. Where liability is established, it shall not exceed the processing charge for the item.
Any discrepancies in garment count or condition must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. For a claim to be considered properly reported, the garment must be physically returned to our store for inspection within 24 hours of pickup. Notification by email, phone, or message alone does not constitute completed reporting unless the item is made available for in-person inspection within this timeframe. Claims where the garment is not returned within 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
